18th century. 3-storey, 3-bay house. Rendered and lined as
ashlar. Shop below and pend to 41 at right. 1st and 2nd
floor, with 12-pane glazing pattern at 1st, 9-pane under
eaves. Raised cills. Pantiled roof.
