Description

Late 18th century. Four-storey and attic, six-bay symmetrical tenement. Squared and coursed sandstone with raised ashlar margins. Shops at ground with continuous cornice, pends to left and middle. Upper floor windows grouped in trios. Attic dormers front and rear. Slate roof; ashlar gable and central chimney stacks.

Rear projecting, flat-roofed stair tower with winding stone stairs, decorative cast-iron balustrades and timber handrails.
