Description

Peddie & Kinnear, 1856. Italianate bank. 3 storeys, 5
bays. Polished red ashlar with architraves; rusticated
quoins; inter-war granite refacing of ground floor.
Symmetrical. First floor with corniced round-arched
windows with sculptured spandrels; shouldered 2nd floor
windows with deep cill band; sash windows with 4-pane
glazing pattern. Decorative frieze and prominent
modillion cornice.
Slate roof.
