Description

Mid 19th century double villa. 2 storeys, 4 bays, pedimented

shallow advanced 2-bay centre with pilastered double porch with bipartites and with side entrances. Red ashlar, corniced and

architraved ground floor windows. Cill band at 1st floor.

Sash windows, house to left (No 27) with small-paned glazing,

and with dormer. Eaves course; cornice; blocking course;

straight skews; end stacks and single axial flue; slate roof.

Set behind rubble-built ashlar-coped garden wall with

square gatepiers with projecting caps.
