Description

Circa 1800, 2-storey over basement with attic, 3-bay villa.
Painted droved ashlar with raised window and angle margins,
and eaves band course. Central square enclosed porch (later
and altered) with curved, cast-iron railed steps to side
entrance. Later 2-pane sashes throughout; 2 later dormers
with small-pane sashes. Lean-to extensions on each side
elevation. Plain rear.
Red sandstone, square-plan gatepiers with chamfered angles
and pyramid caps.
