NW (FRONT) ELEVATION: doorway with replacement door and rectangular plate glass fanlight to outer left, single window flanking and above. Later 3-bay timber shopfront spanning centre and right bays with plain moulded openings and consoled dentilled cornice; regular fenestration above. 2 rectangular dormers with piended roofs (re-glazed).
SE (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 1993.
12-pane timber sash and case windows to left bay, remaining windows modern replacements. Slate roof with stone ridge; rebuilt apex stack.
INTERIOR: not seen 1992.
Glazing alterations severely affect character. Reinstatement of 12-pane sashes particularly desirable.
