Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 6-bay tenement. Cream sandstone, droved ashlar front. Base course; band course above ground floor; band cill course at 1st floor; eaves band course.

SW (FRONT) ELEVATION: doorways to centre bays with panelled doors and plate glass fanlights; regular fenestration to outer bays and 1st floor.

Timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing.

Slate roof with mutual and ridge stack. Moulded eaves gutter.

INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
