Description

David Bryce, 1840. 3-storey and attic, 3-bay classical office. Polished cream sandstone ashlar. At ground, projecting tripartite pilastered bay at centre supporting, with flanking consoles, full-width balcony at 1st floor with solid parapet; flanking bays with 2-leaf panelled doors and fanlights. Full-height 1st floor windows architraved and corniced; architraves at 2nd floor. Dentilled and mutuled cornice with panelled solid parapet concealing attic windows.

Timber sash and case windows; plate glass at ground, 15-pane at 1st floor, 12-pane at 2nd; grey slates.

INTERIOR: not seen 1995.
