Description

Circa 1844. 2-storey 3-window square plan classical villa
in large garden, front elevation coursers with ashlar
dressings, end pilasters, cill band courses, raised
margin, architraved and consoled doorpiece with transom
light cornice and blocking course; flank and rear
elevation rubble. Piended slated roof, end stacks.
Reglazed, sandwiched double-glazed astrigals reproducing
original pattern. Original inner doors, good stair rail,
interior otherwise plain with one original fireplace
surround. Later addition at rear with some alterations
circa 1913.
