William Robertson, 1831-32. 2-storey on raised basement,
3-bay house with centre pilastered doorpiece approached
by flight of steps. Rubble, polished ashlar long and
short dressings and quoins, raised tooled margins.
Panelled aprons to ground floor windows; 12-pane
glazing. Piended slate roof. Wings to rear of various dates.
Coped rubble garden walls.
Corner site with North College Street. Built on site of
Unthank Manse, demolished circa 1830. King Street formed
1830 on land owned by General James Stewart King of
Lesmurdie.
