Description

Early 19th century. Single storey house over raised basement
(2-storey and attic to rear, N elevation) 3 bays. Coursed
rubble, tooled dressings. Centre door approached by flight of
steps oversailing raised basement; plain fanlight under
segmental head; double-leafed panelled front door; original
cast-iron balustrade; 12-pane glazing; panelled end stacks
with moulded copes slate roof.
Low coped garden wall.

Statement of Interest

Steeply sloping site accounts for full ground floor at rear.

Dormer windows to rear.
