Description

Dated 1783. Tall 3-storey house of 3 bays with centre door.
Harled with raised ashlar margins. First floor windows taller
than ground floor windows; smaller windows at second floor.
Moulded eaves course; scrolled skewputts with cable moulding
and leaf decoration. 12-pane sashes; slate roof. Modern
porch and small flanking windows; modern fenestration to
Academy Street elevation. Single gate pier engaged in north
gable, coped and with ball finial.

Worn date stone between first and second floor centre windows

with initials M and W.
