Description

Circa 1859 terrace of tenements; 3 storeys over
basement, 12 bays; 4 bay flank to Oakfield Avenue.
Polished ashlar, channelled at ground, stonecleaned.
Steps oversailing basement to pilastered doorpieces
deeply recessed door with pilastered jambs and fanlight.
Upper windows architraved; corniced at 1st floor. Sash
windows; mostly 12-pane glazing. Band course over
ground; string course at 1st floor cills; eaves cornice.
Axial stacks, slate roof.

Similar to 20-30 Bank Street and 27-29 Oakfield Avenue.
