Description

Circa 1870 14-bay tenement block, 4 storeys and
basement. Polished ashlar, v-channelled at ground,
stonecleaned. Steps oversailing basement to Roman Doric
porches, recessed door with fanlight. All windows
single-light and architraved above ground; at 1st and
2nd floors corniced and with bracketted cills. Sash
windows, 4-pane glazing. Band course over ground; cill
strings at 3rd floor. Plain main cornice; wallhead and
axial stacks; slate roofs.
