Description

Later 19th century double villa (2-bay houses), 2-
storeyed, attic gable over outer bays, curved 2-storey
windows, paired centre porches with fret-worked gables,
columns with foliated capitals; ashlar coursers, plate
glass sashes, bracketted eaves, paired inner rooflights,
end stacks with decorative chimney cans, slate roofs.
3 gatepiers, gateways originally paired, that to no 30
widened for vehicle, but original pier re-used; low
boundary wall.
