1885 W M Whyte, architect, French Renaissance style
tenement; 3 storeys and attic plus basement. Ashlar.
Mansard roof. Pedimented dormer-windows. Bay-windows
with balustraded parapets.
Tall roofs at corners. Sculptured figure at corner of
Langside Road. Sculptured heads. Elaborate mouldings.
Steep stairs, with cast-iron balustrades to first
storey.
