Description

Campbell Douglas and A N Paterson, 1910. Built 1910-12. 4-storey red sandstone Glasgow-style tenement with shops at ground floor. Polished ashlar (snecked rubble E gable, brick W gable). 11-bays: alternating shallow canted bays, other windows in recessed panels rising through first and second floors. Massive cornice at second floor: main cornice with massive soaring panelled and keyblocked chimney stacks breaking through: canted stack to W corner.
