Description

Alexander Thomson, circa 1869. 3-storey classical terrace with Greek detailing; 27 bays. Polished ashlar, channelled at ground floor. Double and triple anta pillared doorpieces with linking pilastrade in E bays, corniced, disc frieze, antefixae, acroteria. Sash and case windows, plate glass. Ground floor level band course, ground floor cill band, frieze band course. 1st floor cill band, 2/3 linked, lugged architrave, slightly advanced, corniced with frieze and palmettes. 2nd floor cill band, pilaster architraved windows with linking frieze at 2/3

height. Plain entablature, cornice. Axial stacks.
