Description

1884 (dated). Tenement block; Scots baronial details, mainly corbelled crow-stepped chimney gables, eaves also corbelled. 4 storeys, some shops at ground. Snecked rubble, ashlar dressings, stone-cleaned at N; shallow canted bays above ground either side of chimney gable bays, S corner is shallow splayed, 2-storey end bay on return elevation. Plate glass sashes (some unsympathetic modern glazing); decorative chimney cans; slate roof.
