Description

Alexander Cullen, dated 1904. 3-storey with shops at ground floor, plain 'Glasgow style' tenement, following curve of road. Cream ashlar, red brick to rear, rendered gable, slate roof. Corniced shopfronts and doors; shallow canted windows with corniced parapets to 2 centre bays and outer bays, sash and case windows with plate glass to bottom and 4-pane to top (some replaced with out-of-character modern materials); corniced eaves; tall T-plan coped wallhead stacks breaking through eaves, uniform terracotta cans.

FRONT ELEVATION: 4 shopfronts, 2 close doors to ground floor; 2 three-light canted windows to upper floors at centre, 4 windows to left and right, canted outer windows.

INTERIOR: not seen.
