Mid 19th century. 2 storeys, 7 bays to Broomgate, 4 to
Hyndford Place. Rubble with droved ashlar dressings and
quoins. Hyndford Place: 3 shop windows, 2 with modern
glazing, and door in right-centre bay, 4 windows above
with astragals. Curved angle at south west. Broomgate:
All shop windows modern: 7 windows in 1st floor. Straight
skews, slate roof.
