Description

Late 18th century? 3-storey, 2-bay, rubble stone, painted render.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: ground floor boarded, 1st floor cill cornice, windows at 1st and 2nd symmetrical.

W ELEVATION: blank gable end.

E ELEVATION: adjoining 10/12 New Wynd.

Replacement windows. Grey slate roof; coped skew to E; rendered gablehead stack to W, brick gablehead stack to W.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
