Description

Circa 1830, 2 storey symmetrical villa with 3
architraved and corniced windows, mid 19th century
extension to right with architraved tripartite windows
ground and 1st floors, and circa 1930, ground floor
advanced over forecourt of original villa to form
office, 3 windows flanked by doorways; left hand with
recessed Roman Doric doorpiece under semi-circular
fanlight reset from original frontage, right hand
square headed. Piended slate roofs over villa and
extension, sandstone channelled ground floor, ashlar
1st floor, 1st floor band course and cill string
course, cornice and blocking course. 6-pane sashes
original villa, others single pane.
