Description

Circa 1830. Single storey and attic cottage villa set in
high rubble walled garden with lintelled door on axis of
main door of house. Symmetrical, central ridge roofed block
end stacks and flat roofed wings beyond. Main part has
central doorway flanked by tripartite windows, slated roof,
2 canted flat roofed dormers. Coursed rubble with raised
quoins, window and door margins. Wings have single windows,
block cornices and blocking courses. Rear elevation rubble,
symmetrical with 3 windows, smaller single windows each
wing. Sash windows with lying panes throughout.
