Description

Wm Leiper, architect: 1900. Arts and Craft square lodge,
single storey over basement and attic. Snecked stugged ashlar,
polished dressings. Sash windows to basement and door to north
side mainly mullioned windows to ground floor one advanced
to right of front door on south side. Double leaf plank and
batten door with chamfered reveals. Corbelled wooden
brackets support eaves swept over projecting window and slate
piended roof with swept eaves. Original dormers to north and
south, former swept, latter piended, and modern box dormers
to sides.
