Description

Later 19th century. Pair single storey and attic, 3-bay
houses of slightly different build, each with centre door and
gabled dormers breaking wallhead in outer bays. End and ridge
stacks; slate roofs.
NO 3: harled, painted long and short dressings; panelled
door; 2-pane glazing.
NO 4: rendered and lined as ashlar, contrasting painted long
and short dressings. Panelled door; 2-pane glazing.

No 4 Cliff Terrace appears on 1st ed OS of circa 1870.
