Description

Mid-later 18th century. Single storey and dormerless attic cottage with entrance gable to street. Harled. Narrow, slightly off-centre doorway with small attic window above. 2 windows in E gable and diminutive attic light. Panelled front door; 12-pane glazing in timber sash windows, 4- and 6-pane to attic lights. Crowstepped gables; renewed end chimney stacks with early l9th century cope; pantile roof with slate easing course.

Statement of Interest

12 North High Street restored 1990 by North East Scotland Preservation Trust. Dated plaque affixed on street gable records restoration.
