Description

Mid 19th century. Symmetrical semi-detached pair 2-storey
with dormer heads, set-back entrance bays lower than main
mass.
2 crowstepped gables and 1-window centre bay front, splayed
angles corbelled to square: rope-moulded openings and eaves
cornice, elaborate shouldered doorpiece. Slated roofs. Finely
detailed.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
