Description

Mid 19th century. Originally 2-storey, 3-window polished
ashlar, architraved windows with cornices at ground floor,
Greek Doric columned doorpiece with balustraded parapet.
Later canted bay pavilion on left, rusticated pilaster
angles, balustraded parapet, French pavilion roof with
Palladian dormer and wrot iron cresting, elaborate fireclay
chimney shafts.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later instrusions
