1797, 2-storey, 3-window whin ashlar with painted margins, arched fanlight doorpiece, tripartites at ground floor, dentilled

cornice. Slated roof.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
