Description

Dated 1849. 2 storey and attic, 3 bay house with centre door.
Coursed rubble, tooled ashlar dressings and long and short
detailing to quoins, windows and door. 1st floor windows
linked by cill course; later 19th century projecting rectangular
bay windows with parapets. 12-pane glazing to 1st floor windows;
2 piended dormers with original 6-pane glazing; corniced end
stacks; slate roof; stone ridge. Extensive additions to rear.

Statement of Interest

Dated 1849 and initialled S.P. on right hand eaves band.
