Description

Circa 1840. 2 storey, wide 3 bay house; stugged rubble,
finely broached dressings. Panelled outer pilasters; shallow,
slightly advanced centre bay with pilastered doorpiece and
2 leaf panelled door; band course between floors; 2 light
windows with moulded wooden mullion; raised margins; 8-pane
glazings; lying-pane glazings to centre 1st floor window
and to rear. Lintel and eaves course; deep wooden eaves;
corniced end stacks; piended slate roof with two small hips
to rear. Stair window to rear (east).

Statement of Interest

Now offices. Excellent detailing and workmanship to masonry.

All broached dressings with narrow margin drafts.
