History

Formerly a house and two shops.

Exterior

Early-mid C19 Georgian. 3 storey flemish bond brick with dark headers. gently pitched slate roof, oversailing eaves; brick chimney.

Shallow upper sash to 9-pane 2nd floor windows, 12-pane 1st floor windows, plain reveals. Painted stone sills and lintels. 4 small windows symmetrically inserted to New Street.

4 window front over modern shopfront to Wrexham street; 2 windows over late C19 shopfront with plain pilasters, crested cornice on consoles (plate glass) to New Street. Late c19 doorcase with pilasters, plain fascia and crested cornice alongside.
