Three storey, 3 window house. Stucco with band courses. To R, 2-storey splayed bay window with marginal glazing bars to sash windows; hoods for blinds. On top floor, 3 sash windows with marginal glazing bars. Two sash windows with marginal glazing bars to first floor. On ground floor, arched central doorway.
To L of doorway, shop extension (103a) over forecourt.
