History

Mid C19 house.

Exterior

House. Two storeys. Slated roof. Front elevation with stack to left hand, pebbledash render to front wall, which has two windows and central doorway. Sash windows with glazing bars, first floor windows with horns and painted architraves. Six-panelled door. The small forecourt to the house is enclosed by a low garden wall with pebbledash render.

Reasons for Listing

Rare little altered example of smaller house from early development of Llandudo.
