History

An C18 house shown on the 1829 town plan.

Exterior

A 1½-storey house of pebble-dashed walls, slate roof and rebuilt tall brick stack to the L. A replacement door is offset to the R of centre. To its L is an enlarged C20 window. Two raked half-dormers have replacement cross windows.

Reasons for Listing

Listed, notwithstanding modern alteration, as an C18 vernacular house that contributes to the historical integrity of Wexham Street.
