History

C16/early C17 gable range with stone slab roof along Canon's Lane, mid C18 block to centre and tall early C19 extension to right.

Exterior

2 storey red brick frontage with section set back on left, slate roofs, hipped to side ranges, tall brick stacks, brick band-courses. Georgian centre block has double hung sashes under cambered brick heads, flush-set frames and thick glazing bars. Slender glazing bars to sashes on right. Plane stone architrave and cornice to door piece, 6-panel door. Lean-to conservatory to right.

Interior

Interior retains a good C18 panelled room on ground floor and entrance hall with arched opening leading to fine staircase at rear.
