History

Earlier C19 terraced house, marked on 1834 map of Carmarthen, restored in late C20. Occupied by Smith Llewelyn Partners, solicitors, in 2002.

Exterior

End-terrace house, painted stucco, slate close-eaved roof substantially lower than that of No.104, with renewed small modillion brackets under eaves gutter, and brick end stacks, right stack much taller. Two-storey, 3-window range of renewed 12-pane sashes and central doorway. Renewed 5-panel door with overlight with marginal glazing bars in plain raised doorcase with thin cornice on mid C19 enriched scroll consoles. Two slate steps up, raised plinth each side.
E elevation to chapel forecourt was slate-hung in 1981, now stuccoed.

Interior

Said to have been much rebuilt.

Included as a well-preserved earlier C19 town house and for group value with Heol Awst chapel.
