History

Built in the earlier C19 and marked on map of 1834, facade renovated c1900. Iron railings in front listed separately.

Exterior

Mid-terrace house in painted stucco with raised quoins to angles, slate roof and red brick end stacks. Two storey, 3-window façade with large 6-pane sashes, the outer panes narrower and door to centre. Six-panel door with glazed upper panels and rectangular overlight with leaded coloured glazing. Pedimented doorcase with squared pilasters and scrolled brackets to pediment. Painted stone sills throughout. Plain stepped eaves.
