History

Mid C19 (after ca 1845).

Exterior

End of terrace pavilion set forward from houses adjoining to right. 2-storey and basement 3-window roughcast simple classical front; hipped slate roof, wide boarded eaves. 16-pane sash windows with lintels. Projecting pedimented porch with 4 tapered columns; blocked segmental opening with pediment. Recessed 8-panel door with 5 pane fanlight and panelled reveals.

Roughcast left end wall, sash windows with glazing bars and boarded basement door. Slate roof cross range beyond with rubble chimney stack and sash windows. Further extension beyond; single-storey with slate roof, sash window and boarded door with parallel steps.

Rubble garden wall to front, in gate piers with pyramidal coping stones with pineapple finials, iron gate and railings.
