History

Mid C19.

Exterior

House in squared brown stone with slate eaves roof and stone end stacks. Three-storey two-window front with original windows, 9-pane sashes under eaves. 12-pane sashes elsewhere and ledged door with overlight. Painted slate sills, stone voussoirs to ground and first floor windows. Doorway has reveals with arched panels of early Victorian type and plain, later, timber shelf hood on brackets.
Built slightly later than the adjoining Nos 1 to 3.

Listed as very little altered house of exceptional quality stonework. Group value.
