2 storey, 2 window house. Roughcast on rubble. Moderately pitched slate roof, plain eaves. Rendered stacks.

9 pane sash window (6 over 3) to lst floor left, unsympathetic modern windows to right. 12 pane sash window to ground floor left. Unsympathetic modern windows to right. Central doorway. Plank door with inset glass light.
