Exterior

Early to mid Cl9 farmhouse, part of the Saint Botolph's estate, whitewashed rubble stone with hipped slate eaves roof and paired brackets to eaves. Two-storey three-window front with projecting hipped-roof centre. Cambered heads to openings, l2-pane sashes to first floor, 4-pane to ground floor and centre door. Projection has ground floor side windows.

Single storey N end wing with two 4-pane sashes.
