History

c1863. Contemporary with the house and the adjoining Probate Registry and a part of the overall design by John Prichard.

Exterior

Low garden wall built of thin courses of grey and red Radyr stone in regular courses with ashlar quoins and coping. Incorporates two pointed headed recesses at south-west and a pointed arch in right return. This was a well for public water supply prior to piped water.
