Exterior

A mid-C18 sandstone sundial base with contemporary sundial. The baluster base surmounts a flat, circular plinth. Later iron reinforcing bands to simply moulded necking. Octagonal brass sundial set into a moulded circular table surmounting the base. By Lewis Thomas of Chester, 1768.
