History

Contemporary with the chapel which was built in 1873.

Exterior

A low rubble plinth wall with raked ashlar copings carries cast iron railings with ornamental trefoil heads. Central entrance with cast iron piers with cross finials, and enriched paired gates.

Reasons for Listing

An important component of the chapel site, and a good example of the robust cast-iron work typical of the later C19.
