History

Earlier C19 Llanerchaeron estate cottage.

Exterior

Roughcast with slate veranda roof and roughcast end stacks, large and square to left. Single-storey, two-window front recessed under overhanging roof carried on three plain thin iron posts. Windows are Gothic, pointed with intersecting tracery to heads and 6-pane lights below. Door on left end wall.
