History

Mid C19 detached house of late Georgian type. The presence of a rear wing rather than sloping rear roof suggests a date around 1840-50. Not marked on 1840 Bangor Tithe Map.

Exterior

Whitewashed stucco with slate roof and rendered corniced end stacks. Two-storey, three-window range of 16-pane hornless sashes with slate sills. Centre half-glazed door with overlight in attractive trellissed porch with corniced flat top. NW rear wing. Slate-hung W end wall.

A late Georgian-style house with original windows and attractive trellissed porch.
