History

Mid to later C19 terraced house, added to match Nos 1 and 2, which were built first. Tyrrel House added later at N end, slighty different. Typical of the terraces built as the village expanded with woollen mills and lead-mining.

Exterior

No 3 has stone keystone to brick head over door. C20 door. N end stack.

Reasons for Listing

A house in the best surviving terraced group in Talybont, still with the small-paned sashes of the late Georgian tradition.
