History

Early C19 cowhouse, one of the original structures on the farm.

Exterior

Cowhouse. Rectangular plan, aligned north-south, attached to south-west corner of adjoining calf-rearing house/cowhouse. Uncoursed rubblestone on boulder plinth; grouted graded slate roof. West elevation has small window with slate cill to left of centre and doorway to right; 2 small glazed panels in roof slope.

A-frame trusses.
